All our products are custom-made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality of our products.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To process your request, we may require clear photographic evidence of the issue (such as photos of the damaged item and packaging), along with your order number.
Once the issue has been verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Exclusions
Refunds or replacements are only available for items that are damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds or returns for: Change of mind Incorrect size or color selected by the customer Delays caused by shipping carriers
