Production Time
Production typically takes 3–5 business days.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on your location and are usually approximately 5–12 business days for most destinations.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Lost Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed packages may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
